Empresa founded in 2014 through tres socios: wineries Pazo of Arretén + distilleries Compostela + socio of distribución (Vigo). produces vermú 100% Galician a partir of albariño sobre lías of the Pazo of Arretén. Maceración artisan with 29 botánicos (ajenjo, laurel, hierba luisa, menta, romero, tomillo, peppers of Padrón in the blanco). Variedades: St. Petroni Rojo (90 pts Guía Peñín), Blanco and Rosé. Base vínica D.O. Rías Baixas.
